Chapter 401 Parallel World (3)
Chapter 401 Parallel World (3)
After an unknown amount of time, the heavy breathing in the living room gradually subsided.
Jingchen, recovering from the afterglow of her climax, quietly got up from the sofa, picked up Yanzhen, and carried her to the bathroom.
The water temperature in the bathtub was just right. Yan Zhen lazily soaked in the water, watching Jing Chen busy himself, wiping her body and massaging her back and shoulders.
She was quite satisfied with her boyfriend because he was attentive to service during the event and provided excellent aftercare.
Yan Zhen leaned against Jing Chen's chest, squinting as he enjoyed the massage, when suddenly, Jing Chen's voice came from behind him: "Um..."
"Ok?"
"Did you arrive just now?"
Yan Zhen asked, puzzled, "What?"
Jing Chen stammered, "It's like... in novels, that kind of... ecstasy..."
Yan Zhen understood, thought back carefully about what had happened, and then honestly said, "No."
Jing Chen paused in his massage of her shoulders.
Even though Yan Zhen couldn't see his face, he could sense that Jing Chen was feeling down.
She comforted him gently, saying, "This is normal. Men and women have different physiological structures. Men are more likely to get pleasure from this kind of thing. Women have fewer nerve endings in their organs and are less sensitive to stimulation. The idea of having multiple orgasms after just a few times in novels is basically nonexistent in reality."
Jing Chen: "...Oh."
Seeing that he was still listless, Yan Zhen thought for a moment and said, "You have no experience, but you'll get better with more experience in the future."
These words made Jing Chen's eyes light up.
He leaned in from behind, resting his chin on Yan Zhen's shoulder and nuzzling against her affectionately: "So... are you... satisfied with me?"
"It's alright," Yan Zhen said. "Although it has grown very tall, apical dominance has not suppressed the growth of lateral buds."
Jing Chen was stunned for a few seconds before realizing what she meant. Her ears turned red, and she lowered her head to gently bite her neck.
Yan Zhen felt a little itchy from his bite and turned her face away, saying, "Stop it, the water's getting cold, I need to get up."
Jing Chen immediately got up and went out to get a bathrobe.
Yan Zhen got out of the bathtub, and Jing Chen dutifully dried her off, put on a bathrobe, and then pretended to carry her out.
"No, I'll go by myself."
Jing Chen insisted on holding her, saying, "You need to rest well."
Yan Zhen raised his hand to stop Jing Chen's movement, his expression indescribable: "Rest what? Do you think I'm so tired that my back aches, my legs cramp, and I don't even want to move a finger?"
Jing Chen: "..."
Yan Zhen flicked him on the forehead: "Stop reading those mindless novels."
After saying that, she turned around and strode out of the bathroom, not forgetting to order Jingchen around: "Clean the bathroom and come out to dry my hair."
After drying his hair, Yan Zhen opened the system and brought up the floating screen, then found a TV series to pass the time.
Jing Chen took a shower and came out of the bathroom, still damp. She sat down next to Yan Zhen and leaned against her to watch TV together.
But after watching for a while, his attention shifted from the melodramatic plot to Yan Zhen.
With his head resting on her lap, Jingchen twirled a strand of her long hair around his finger and played with it.
He played this boring game over and over again for almost an hour.
Seeing that Yan Zhen was watching episode after episode, seemingly intending to stay up all night watching TV, Jing Chen got up, changed his position, and continued to lean against her.
Yan Zhen was initially focused on the TV series, but after watching a few episodes, Jing Chen started to "harass" her.
He clung to her, his eyes fixed on her without blinking, and after a while he would suddenly giggle and then lean in to kiss her cheek.
Yan Zhen ignored him.
Jingchen began to take advantage of her, sometimes kissing her face, sometimes grabbing her hand and pressing it against his face in ecstasy, and sometimes lowering his head to grind her fingers with his teeth.
He was endlessly entertained by this game, which Yan Zhen found boring and idiotic.
Yan Zhen understood that men are often driven by hormones and dopamine when they first fall in love.
But when Jing Chen leaned in, putting one arm around her and pinching her chin with the other, repeatedly pecking and kissing her face, seriously affecting her viewing experience, Yan Zhen impatiently pushed him away: "Are you a woodpecker?"
Jing Chen's mind was filled with pink bubbles at the moment, and when he heard Yan Zhen's words, he was a beat slow to react: "Huh? Is there such a thing as a woodpecker in the Chinese zodiac?"
"If you're not a woodpecker, why are you pecking at me like that?"
Jing Chen: "...I like you."
Yan Zhen, who was about to wave someone away, paused: "..."
Jing Chen wrapped his arms around her, pulling her tightly into his embrace, his expression even more ecstatic: "I like you so much, I like you so much."
Being confessed to so passionately and unabashedly, even Yan Zhen couldn't help but feel a little excited. His previously impatient voice softened: "Don't give me that, I'm not that easy to fool."
"I'm not lying to you, I really like you." Jing Chen leaned in and kissed her twice more on the cheek.
Seeing him completely focused on her, Yan Zhen raised an eyebrow and pinched Jing Chen's chin: "What do you like about me?"
"You look good."
"shallow!"
“If I said I love your interesting soul, you’d say I’m hypocritical.” Jing Chen grumbled. “Anyway, I can’t say anything right, so I might as well pick the most superficial reason that you’d love to hear.”
Yan Zhen scoffed.
"And what about you? What do you like about me?" Jing Chen asked expectantly, his expression practically screaming "Please praise me!"
Yan Zhen said, "I like that you have a good figure, are good-looking, and are obedient."
"If I always obey you, will you always like me?"
Yan Zhen smiled but did not answer.
Jing Chen pressed further, "Really? If I always obey you, will you stay with me forever?"
Yan Zhen found these kinds of questions, like demanding promises, quite annoying.
To her, this was the same as saying "I will love you forever" in bed—the speaker said it casually, and the listener listened casually. When emotions ran high, such words were just for fun, but taking them seriously was meaningless.
"How do you want me to answer?" Yan Zhen threw the question back at him.
Jing Chen keenly sensed that she seemed somewhat displeased by his questioning.
He hesitated for a moment, then buried his head in the crook of her shoulder: "Um, I'm sorry."
"Ok?"
"I won't ask anymore if it upset you," Jing Chen admitted her mistake. "I won't ask again."
Yan Zhen was somewhat surprised.
She thought that, given Jingchen's personality, he would throw a tantrum at her over something like this.
Now that he has made such a clean break and apologized, Yan Zhen feels that he has been a bit heartless.
"I don't like to make promises about things I'm not sure I can do, so I don't regret it later," Yan Zhen said.
After stating her position, she didn't forget to give Jingchen a sweet treat—she kissed him and said in a gentle voice, "But I can be sure that I like you now."
