Chapter 512 "Naruto"
Chapter 512 "Naruto"
While enjoying his honeymoon with Uchiha Satsuki, Naruto Uzumaki actually did two other seemingly insignificant but meaningful things.
Both of these things are related to the eyes.
The first thing is about a Mangekyou Sharingan.
That eye originally belonged to Obito Uchiha. After Obito's death, Naruto retrieved it and carried it with him ever since.
Now that the Pure Land has stabilized and Kakashi, Obito, and Rin have completed their reunion across life and death, Naruto feels it's time to return this item to its rightful owner.
Naruto found Kakashi again and handed him the eye.
Kakashi stared at those familiar yet unfamiliar eyes and remained silent for a long time.
He knew the look of that eye all too well. Three tomoe were arranged quietly on a scarlet background; it was the eye he had used for over a decade, a keepsake entrusted to him by Obito.
But the one lying in Naruto's palm at this moment was different from the other one—it exuded a kind of oppressive feeling that made people's hearts tremble.
That's the Mangekyou Sharingan, Obito's other eye.
Kakashi stared at that eye and already guessed who was responsible for Obito's death.
Few could kill Obito. In a battle of that level, even fewer could remove that eye. And this blond youth before him was his disciple, Obito's terminator, and also—an orphan whose parents were killed by Obito.
Kakashi didn't say anything. What could he possibly say?
Obito did those things, killing so many people, killing Naruto's parents, and killing countless innocent civilians and ninjas.
It was only natural for Naruto to kill him. In fact, one could argue that if Obito hadn't died, and if he had had another chance, Kakashi felt he wouldn't have had the right to resent Obito—but he would have definitely found a way to kill him.
Some sins must be paid for with one's life, so Kakashi simply nodded silently.
He took the eye; it was Obito's eye, the last thing Obito left for this world. He would use it to do what Obito couldn't do.
To protect this world that Obito harmed, and to atone for his best friend's sins.
Of course, Naruto didn't just throw away his eyes and leave. He knew Kakashi's physical condition—for someone without Uchiha blood, forcibly using the Mangekyou Sharingan was a huge burden in itself. Using both eyes at the same time was even more dangerous.
So he left some Yang energy within Kakashi's body, which was the Six Paths level of creation and life force. With it, Kakashi wouldn't have to worry about being drained dry by those eyes.
Thus, without almost anyone knowing, a third ninja was born in the world of the living who touched the threshold of the Six Paths level.
Double Divine Might Kakashi.
The second thing is about another pair of eyes.
Those were Rinnegan eyes, originally belonging to Madara Uchiha, later placed on Nagato, and then taken back by Naruto.
Naruto originally intended to leave these eyes to Satsuki—after all, Satsuki was his wife—but later Satsuki awakened the Rinnegan and Rinne Sharingan.
The level of those eyes far surpassed that of ordinary Rinnegan. Compared to Madara's eyes, they were like fireflies compared to the bright moon, utterly insignificant.
So how should we deal with these two Rinnegan?
Naruto pondered that perhaps he could change it for Shisui.
Shisui is a genius of the Uchiha clan, a vital force in the [Jin] organization, and one of his most trusted ally in his covert schemes. If Shisui's strength could be further enhanced, it would greatly benefit the entire situation.
Just as he was thinking this, the memory of his clone returning from running errands entered his mind.
Satsuki...it seems she's going to have a nephew?
At first, he thought it was a joke. How could Satsuki's older sister, Uchiha Yuzu, the woman who was once paranoid and extreme, and later kept under guard by Shisui, possibly be... But when he carefully examined those memory scenes, he realized it wasn't a joke.
In the room, Uchiha Yu was sitting on the edge of the bed, gently stroking her slightly protruding belly with one hand, her face filled with an indescribable tenderness. That tenderness was mixed with surprise, anticipation, and a dazed disbelief.
The room was filled with all sorts of items for pregnant women—nutritional supplements, soft fabrics, tiny baby clothes… everything was neatly arranged, carefully prepared by Zhishui.
Naruto looked at those memories and didn't know what to say for a moment.
Shisui? That Shisui? The serious, meticulous, and unwavering Shisui? How could he do something like this?
After thinking it over and over, Naruto could only think of one possibility—it couldn't be that Uchiha Yu was begging him to have that kind of relationship, could it?
But as soon as the thought popped into his head, he found it even more absurd.
Forget it.
Naruto sighed and didn't say anything more.
He left her with a pair of normal eyes—after all, Uchiha Yu was blind for so many years, and now that she's pregnant, it's time to restore her sight. He couldn't let her not even know what her child looks like.
As for the rest... Naruto felt he needed to find a time to tell Uchiha Mikoto and Uchiha Fugaku, after all, this was their grandson.

Neji Hyuga never expected that he would actually be robbed.
He had just left the small border village and had been walking along the road leading to the Land of Hot Springs for a short while when he saw a figure ahead who had blown up two trees, blocking the way, and swaggering in the middle of the road.
The figure was tall and burly, a full head taller than Neji, with striking red hair. He carried a thick stick, taller than Neji himself, on his shoulder, looking like a bandit king blocking the road to rob someone.
What's even more ridiculous is that this guy is wearing a Konoha headband on his forehead.
Neji's Byakugan twitched slightly, and he saw through the headband's true nature in a single glance—the metal edges had uneven polishing marks, and the engravings varied in depth, clearly indicating that it was a crudely made imitation.
It was made by myself; it's a fake.
"Although I don't know you, and you don't know me!"
The red-haired giant shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice so loud it could startle the birds in the trees. "But our meeting here must be fate! Hand over all your money!"
Neji stared at him expressionlessly. "...A fake Konoha ninja?"
"Ha! How disrespectful!"
The burly man bristled like a cat whose tail had been stepped on. He brandished his large club, making a whooshing sound in the air, trying to demonstrate his power and strength.
"I'm a famous ninja! From Konoha! A ninja carrying out top-secret missions!"
He slammed the big stick on the ground, put his hands on his hips, puffed out his chest, and announced his name in the loudest voice possible.
"Naruto Uzumaki!"
Hyuga Neji was silent for three seconds, realizing he didn't know where to begin his吐槽 (tu cao, a Chinese internet slang term for sarcastic or critical comments).
Naruto Uzumaki? This red-haired giant claims to be Naruto Uzumaki?
Neji and Naruto had dined together quite a few times over the years. Although Naruto was a year younger than him, the two had crossed paths frequently since the Chunin Exams. Later, Naruto grew stronger and stronger, becoming a legend throughout the ninja world, but their friendship didn't fade. When they met in Konoha, they would still have a meal together and chat for a while.
For Neji, Naruto was a special person.
He didn't know why he could sense that reassuring aura emanating from Naruto. Naruto possessed a special quality, like the sun, warm and bright, drawing people unconsciously closer.
And this guy in front of me... he's like... no, he's nothing at all. To describe him as a meteorite would be too demeaning.
"Get out of my way." Neji spoke, his voice as cold as a blade tempered with ice. "Imitation."
He didn't bother to look at him again, simply walked past the red-haired giant, and continued forward.
The burly man stood frozen in place, his hand holding the stick suspended in mid-air.
He knew, of course, that he wasn't Naruto Uzumaki.
He knew he was just a bandit, and he knew he had knocked his headband off himself, but he also considered himself a ninja, with at least the skills of one.
As a result, this guy who was passing by completely ignored him?
The burly man's face flushed crimson, a surge of blood rushing to his head. "Stop right there!" He grabbed his large club and strode after him.
